why wont he ask me out or should i do it???
ok i need help. i like this guy and he likes me back. weve known each other since the summer and have hung out every weekend. now its been time that i want to have a relation ship and so dose he should i ask him out or let him do that??????

Are you sure he would feel the same way about you? Be DEAD sure on that one. If so, you can approach him and say "It's pretty obvious we like eachother and have a connection. What would you like to do about it?"
The other thing you can do is take your relationship as friends up on more level. Try to include him in all your activiies with groups ie movies, bowling, parties and get one on one with him. See if he's open to your invites.
This way you can see if he's in to you and give him the opportunity to make the next move. If you are positive he likes you and you like him just gently say to him "This is so stupid I know we both like eachother but neither of us has done anything about it." "Could you help me on this as I'm just dying over here."
That will make him laugh and after that you should be fine. Normally you give him a chance to ask you out but when that doesn't seem to work GO FOR BROKE if he's worth it.
