LoveNJstyle answered Tuesday October 9 2007, 4:59 pm: OMG the rocky horror picture show is the most amazing show ever!
It was originally a movie, yes.
Butttt now it is also performed by people in front of the movie meaning the screen is in the back with the movie playing and some actors dress up and act everything out in front of it.
you really have to see it...
the audience sometimes dresses up [that was more in the 70s when it was a cult thing] but the audience participates by shouting out lines, etc.
If you need anything else, let me know. I recently saw it live in NYC. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]

solidadvice4teens answered Tuesday October 9 2007, 1:16 pm: Rocky Horror Picture Show was originally a play turned into a film. Yes, in some cities at art house theatres (such as Bloor Cinema in Toronto) they screen the film for patrons who dress up as chracters. Often they might bring props and prizes are given out.
