if you can, give me you're viewpoint on the nature vs. nuture debate i have to write a paper on it

I'm sort of neutral on this. I think that nature is a good teacher; but it can't teach you everything & that is where nurturing comes in.


Nature can teach you to be street smart & whatever else, but being nurtured is what gives you your morals, your thoughts & opinions & your knowledge.


Both can only teach you so much.

My view is that it is primarily how we are raised that determines our personality. However, some people may be naturally susceptible to certain things(depression, anger, etc.).

There are "feral" children who were raised by themselves in the wilderness and act completely like animals that prove this.
