Ok so this kid i like has been ignoring me and im not sure if he is mad at me or not and i want to talk to him i just dont know what to say

Just go up to him and ask are you mad at me ? why are you ignoring me ? or have i done something wrong ?
And if he says no then ask why does it feel like your ignoring me it's best to ask trust me.
