Lining of tiny bumps in the mouth...? Alright so last night I discovered on the inside of both cheeks theres a long of like bumps of some sort.I can't exactly identify what it is.It's bothering me now that I discovered it.Can anyone explain or let me know what this is.I'm a little worried. My boyfriend thought it might be from biting my gums at night, But I don't know.Any ideas or input on what it is would be greatly appreciated.

I have that too. I got it really bad when I had braces, because the metal would rub against my cheeks and then they would get sore and thats how your cheeks heals, with little bumps.
I also bit my cheeks in my sleep. And when I chew gum I subconsciously chew my cheek too.
So I wouldn't worry too much about it. Your boyfriend's probably right about you biting cheeks at night.
Unless it starts to swell and possibly bleed, there's no need to see a doctor or anything like that. :]

well if you had braces and have the mouthgard thingy that could be a cause.... also maybe mono. ]
