You can get it from making out and sharing drinks, lip gloss, and such. It does not mean that the person is not being clean or that they are not brushing there teeth! Mono has nothing to do with how often one brushes their teeth. You can get it from sharing toothbrushes, though? You can also get it from making out, sharing lipgloss, sharing eating utensils, straws, or any other things that involve "swapping spit".
