tone up Im not fat, I just don't have any muscle definition. I want to not be jiggly and have firm arms, legs, butt, and abs. What can I do to get rid of the layer of flab thats holding me back and build up some muscle? I don't want to be a body builder here, just a little defined. Specific exercises, amount of time I should exercise, what foods are good for losing weight and building muscle (I have a pretty good understanding of what to and what not to eat) etc.
If it helps, I'm 5'3-5'4 and roughly 130lbs.
Thank you!

This is cliche but true: In order to lose weight or firm up your body, exercise and healthy eating habits are required. But this shouldn't be just a "diet" because all diets come to an end where you just gain every pound you lost, if not more, back in a short period of time. Make it a lifestyle.

Good luck! =)

Well exercise like run, jog and such. Go for sports that sound interesting. Drink water and juices and milk. But just stay active and things should go good for you. ]
