My name is Ashley and I 16 years old. I live in Ohio. I have a 9 month old son. I want to get emanciapted and move in with my boyfriend and his grandmother but i need help. The law requires you to be married or inlisted in the arm forces. Marriage is a last resort. I am in love with my boyfriend i dont want to raise my son in my fathers home. My boyfriend and i were gonna get married when im 18 but i need to find away to move in with him please help!

Honestly? If you are in love with your boyfriend, and plan to be married at 18 anyway, why is marriage a last resort?
You can also discuss with the attorney what you can do to have guardianship transfered to his grandmother, since you will be living with her if you live with him.
No matter what you do, your parents will surely have to sign consent, but only an attorney from Ohio can really tell you all of the little details, and which is the best way to approach this matter.
