Triceps What is the best tricept excercise and how long does it take to see results?!

There are many great triceps exercises. Most often I perfer to hit the triceps indirectly while doing other kinds of exercises, but if I had to pick a favourite tricep specific exercise it would be either:
The tricep lying extension:

Or the skullcrusher:

(very similar just in this one the bar is lowered to the forehead)
I dont exactly know what else you do, but if you intend to train other parts of yourself as well, consider basing your workout around exercises that use multiple groups like benching, dips, military press etc. They are very effective at building up the triceps as well.
As for how long it takes to see results, I would say a couple of months. Depends of course on a number of factors (sex, age, bodyfat percentage, etc).

These are good. Push ups work well also. Anything that can "extend" the arms. The Tricep muscle extends your arms up and down.
Should be about 3-4 weeks before you notice it. ]
