Homecoming
Okay so I just moved to a totally new school this over the summer and i've been going to school
for about 1 month now and homecoming is next weekend and technically i have a date but he's really shy and quiet and i hate it. I want to just got with one of my new friends but I don't want to hurt him...Should I tell him I don't want to go with him? or what? I REALLY don't want to go with him. My mom says I need too but I don't really care this is my Junior homecoming I don't want to go with some guy who can't even spit out 3 words to me with out whispering them. I want someone who's outgoing. Any idea? (16/f btw)

definately DO NOT go with him. your date should be someone you WANT to go with, that will make your homecoming more fun for you. dont just stay with him because its making him happy, you have to make your self happy first. Just tell the kid that he's really nice, and its nothing against him, but you'd rather just go with friends and what not. if you go with him , youll probably regret it. but i would suggest talking or dancing with him for a little while you are there. it would jsut be a nice thing to do rather then totally ignore him. <33
