I won't try to repeat what everyone else said in my answer. I did want to point out that people need to wear condoms and use lubrication for anal sex. The walls of the anus are paper thin and can tear. This activity is high risk for easy transmission of HIV from one person to another. Know your partner's history well.
Will the guy's penis smell? If he's not using a condom it would for sure. If he's wearing a condom perhaps not. Bottom line bathe afterward considering where it's gone.
