Sorta love life, sorta health. Been crying a lot.

Question Posted Monday September 24 2007, 7:27 pm

Well the past couple of weeks I've been crying like every night and everyday and most of the time I end up crying myself to sleep, and I don't know why. I think I'm upset because my fiance's been at NTC (Training) And I'm worried about him and missing him but I never cried before. I don't think I'm severely depressed but I don't know, is this a health problem or do I just miss him?

It's natural to worry about your fiance, but if you are crying yourself to sleep every night you've probably got a problem beyond just normal worries. You may not be severely depressed, but you could still be depressed. Even if this only seems to be a problem while he is away, it won't hurt to talk to a doctor about whether you may need treatment.

I think it's a little bit of both. You're depressed and your miss him. I don't think it's a health problem. You just miss him, and it's hurts you to see he's not right there by your side at that moment. Just try to get your mind off of it. Do something else. Hang out with friends. Keep yourself entertained.
