christina answered Saturday August 8 2009, 9:29 am: Tell him. Let him know that going too fast when you're not ready makes you uncomfortable.
If he doesn't accept what you have to say, dump him. Don't ever let anyone make you do anything you're not ready to do or anything that makes you uncomfortable. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]

And yes, I agree with everyone else. If you aren't comfortable with going at the pace he wants to, then you guys need to either balance it out or break up. First of all, right off the bat it sounds like he just wants to go fast so he can get past kissing and whatnot, to make it somewhere further that can leave you feeling regretful, angry, and robbed. He just doesn't seem like a guy worth being with... Any guy who likes you AT LEAST, should respect the way you feel whether it benefits him or not.
What should you do? Talk with him. Tell him with no smiles, or jokes, that you want to take it slow, and if he's willing to respect your decision then more power to you two! But if he keeps insisting, then cut him loose, there are plenty of other exciting people to meet :D
