hi i am a 13/f
and i would like to lose some weight by halloween,
here are my problems
no access to a gym
running huge problem because my area is not safe to run, even if i'm with someone.
any exercises, diets i can do at home?
ex: sit ups?
things like that.

The way you can do that are things like running or something that gets you heart rate up (like going on a cross trainer that has the same effect as running really)
If youre really stuck running up stairs helps as it gets your heart rate up.
Your diet could be very important aswell, not eating anything doesnt help but just looking at what you eat, cutting back on sweets and junk food really helps because you dont need them but eating regular meals really helps and making sure you just eat the right thing.

hollister_lover09 answered Monday September 24 2007, 9:19 pm: doing sit ups and crunches will do nothing.. if you want to lose your belly fat, you have to run. Thats really the only 100% sure way. By doing crunches and sit ups, your working your abs, but its no use bc you still have the fat over them. And they wont show.. So run at your schools track.. cut down on the junk food.
drink lots and lots of water so that you feel full.
you can sit ups.
and lunges.
scissor kicks.
