Embarrasing Topic I'm really confused as to what a vagina is supposed to look like, and whether or not mine is normal. 14/f not sexually active
On my vagina, there are two flaps of skin, one on each side. They don't appear to have veins in them or anything, and instead of the skin looking normal, it's crinkly, scrunched up, and a purple/brown color at the end bits.
And in the actual hole that is my vagina, it's not just like an opening. There's a bunch of bits and pieces of skin around it that I almost seem to need to hold open if I want to put a tampon in or something. Some of the pieces are long, and some are just kind of balled up. Either way, there's a lot of weird odds and ends of skin around it.
I would provide pictures, but that's kind of gross. So can anyone just tell me, does what I'm describing sound normal? I'm just very paranoid because that's never what I really thought it was supposed to look/be like. Thanks.

I seriously thought that too, ahah.
There are ALOT of different forms of vaginas.
I thought mine looked kind of funny looking too, but its not.
You cant really describe
WHAT a persons vagina looks like
because everyones is different!
no vagina is weird.
remember, atleast we dont have penis's
now THOSE are weird.
ahah. :}
The balled up part, youre probably talking about your clitoris, it's just a piece of skin which does nothing, unless youre orgasming. Clit's cause massive orgy's that mainly what theyre useful for.
The two outer flabs are Labias, everybody has them. They're like lips. if you want to open kiss your lips need to be open. Youre vagina has lips too, inner and outer.
If you havent touched yourself or been touched the odds and ends of skins near your hole could be your hymen.
Your cherry.
usually when you start becoming active
it rips apart.
If you need more advice ask me. :} ]
your perfectly normal...a vagina comes in all shapes and sizes...no two are the same and yours is unique to your body...it's normal as can be...but if your seriously concerned about something go see a gynecologist ]
