Just barfing every time you eat becomes a habit.
It will get to the point where you are skin and bones and ugly, but you won't be able to stop. It
becomes the normal thing for your body to do.
Your teeth will rot, your hair may fall out, you
could rupture your stomach, erode your esophagus,
plus any other number of health problems.
So, if you want to lose weight to look better,
you don't want anything to do with that. Skin and
bones with black rotted teeth is not attractive!
Start slow. Eat three meals a day, no skipping, and do something. You don't have to eat anything special, just don't eat a large amount. Try to
cut down on candy, soda and fatty things. Eat salads before meals, light on the dressing. They have a lot of good flavored yogurts out there, eat one of those instead of candy or chips.
Remember to always eat! I have had that problem and it will cause you to gain weight too. It slows your metabolism and you need that to lose weight.
Your body thinks it is starving so anything you eat packs on the pounds. So eat all three meals.
For exercise, it doesn't have to be anything unpleasant. Put on the tunes and dance in your room. Walk the mall. Walk with a friend or parent
around your neighborhood. Go to the school and
walk the track after hours with a friend or parent. Use your imagination.

It sounds to me that you aren't that unhappy with yourself because you arent taking steps to fix it. Take it slow, and start out with walking for about a half an hour a day, then build up to running or ab work. Put yourself on a healthy diet and things will then fall into place. You cant expect things to just come easily and the weight to just fall off, you need to work for it. If you want it bad enough you will take the necessary steps to make yourself feel better. Hope it helped... :) [ hahamber16's advice column | Ask hahamber16 A Question ]
