15/f.
:( I have severe anxiety problems about school. To the point of crying. You have no idea. If I miss an assignment, or get an F on something I will cry for 8 hours nonstop. If I get in trouble by a teacher, I'll cry. If I'm having some sort of trouble in school, I won't stop thinking about it for the next 3 days, and nothing could ever change my mind. I won't even go up to a teacher to ask them about it. I do believe there is something horribly wrong with me. I really want to be like one of those carefree people who don't give a crap about their grades - But I do =( I don't know why. I always strive for the highest grades even though it's killing me. Now - this anxiety thing...It's tearing me up into pieces. If I get a bad grade in Chemistry, for instance, I'll cry over not being able to go to a good college because I'm a failure. I don't know what to do anymore. Any advice? =(

But above all, do not make a mountain out of a molehill. This means that you should not exaggerate the importance or seriousness of a problem. About college, don't worry. As long as your grades are decent, a college will take you.
If none of the above works, (it may sound really obvious) you should just work and study harder and try not to get into trouble. Don't worry. Things should clear up.

It's perfectly fine to want to do well on your schoolwork, but if you're having trouble...the only way to rid yourself of confusion is to ask for help. If you didn't ask for help: you'd be making the teacher's job very boring...They are there to educate you, so don't feel like you don't deserve their attention. =] [ LiSaxOBaBii's advice column | Ask LiSaxOBaBii A Question ]
