ok, so i'm 13/f, and i guess i'm like totally uneducated or something, but could someone please tell me what 1st,2nd, and 3rd bases are? i'm totally confused! thanks in advance.

This is the most common, though:
1st: French kissing
2nd: Handjobs
3rd: Oral

1st base is kissing. Usually on the lips, and some people even think its only first base if its french. It differs.
2nd base is groping or feeling someone up. Whether it has to be bare skin or not again differs from person to person.
3rd base is usually sex though some people might say 3rd base is some kind of foreplay - fingering, oral sex, that sort of thing. And that sex is a 'home run'.
