"." Okay I have only had my period for like a year, and I did not get my period in August, and the "time" has already come and go for September. I know it takes a while for your period to be regular but could this be like and ovarian cyst or something? Because a week ago, (not time for my period, but) I was having really bad stomach cramps for like 4 days in a row. We were about to go see a doctor, but then I thought it could be a abdominal strain cuz I had been doing alot of weightlifting. So do you think all this is bad or not? Oh yeah, the stomach problems are all better now. 14/f

Your period takes a while to get round to a regular cycle, so anything else happening in your body can effect it.
I'd get the stomach cramps checked out, because whilst doing weightlifting can be good for you, you don't want to put too much strain on your body as you're still growing.
You probably won't even need to be examined by a doctor, just ask him some advice as to how much you should do etc. xxx ]
