Okay I have only had my period for like a year, and I did not get my period in August, and the "time" has already come and go for September. I know it takes a while for your period to be regular but could this be like and ovarian cyst or something? Because a week ago, (not time for my period, but) I was having really bad stomach cramps for like 4 days in a row. We were about to go see a doctor, but then I thought it could be a abdominal strain cuz I had been doing alot of weightlifting. So do you think all this is bad or not? Oh yeah, the stomach problems are all better now. 14/f
I'd get the stomach cramps checked out, because whilst doing weightlifting can be good for you, you don't want to put too much strain on your body as you're still growing.
