Monroe
I want a monroe, really badly. But my Dad kept saying "Mm, Yeah, Is that a pimple? If you came home with a piercing i'll rip it off your face" the thing is, a monroe would look really good on me.
What can I do to convince him to let me get one?

You can't actually make him let you get one, but you may be able to prove to him you know what you're talking about.
Research monroe piercings. Show him pictures, stories, about the healing process...

If you can't convince him, unfortunately, you'll have to wait until you're old enough. Who knows, maybe by then you won't even want one any more.

Ygsgirl is right. If you were to go and get it done yourself, not only would your dad be pretty ticked, but he'd probably make you take it out. Which, basically, makes it pointless to get it done in the first place.
If you can't convince him, wait and try again later. If that doesn't work- your 18th bday couldn't be THAT far away.

Hate to tell you, but you won't be able to. The only way you could convince him is if you are one of those girls who daddy can't say no to, but you are obviously not one of those girls.
Best bet? Wait until you are 18 to do it. Until then, you just have to respect his decision.
