My homecoming is coming up and I would like to lose some extra weight for the big night. I only have two weeks so of course I understand I won't dramatically alter my body but to just tone up and lose alot of water weight would be enough. Does anybody know any certain diets or exercise plans that would help me lose some extra baggage as soon as possible? I don't really care if the treatment isn't permanent [like detoxing usually leaves your stomach flatter, but I'm not sure how to do that?] because i really just wanna look good in my dress. please help me with any ideas
p.s. i don't have alot of money so unless there is something that is relatively cheap and found at most stores please don't try to sell me something =]

Drink more water, don't drink any soda.
Stay away from any junk food.
Crunches and leg lifts will help tone your tummy and thighs.
