I'm in love with some girl who is 4 years younger than me rite now... we met at church and shes kind of flirty.. with all the guys in a cute way

we really never hung out outside of church and it mite b awkward and all

Well,ask yourself, are you really in love with her or do you just like the attention? Hang out with her at church as much as you can. Then once you get to know her a little bit better ask for her phone number. Talk to her over the phone, after you talk to her for a few days or so....ask her if she wants to hang out. Then once you hang out just as friends ask if she wants to go out. Just try not to rush into things because if you do she may just feel uncomfortable around you and start to not like you. Find out if she likes you. Flirt with her. See how things go from there. Hang out with her outside of church. You two can go places in a large group, if shes not comfortable being alone with you, and you can still get to know her better.
