my boyfriend says that he wants to have more foreplay because we usually just go right at it. now i am all for that but i dont know what to do? any suggestions?

Ask him what he would like. Every person is different and if you're not sure what to do, he has ideas. It was his request after all. He must have something in mind. If you can't talk about stuff like this with him because you are too embarrassed or uncomfortable you have no business having sex. Being ready for sex isn't just being physically ready. You need to be mentally and emotionally ready too, which includes being mature enough to talk about it. I mean, if you can have sex with him, talking shouldn't be a problem. Sure people on here can give you ideas, but only your boyfriend knows what he wants. ASK HIM!!!! He'll probably really appreciate it if you do and telling you about what he wants should be a big turn on for him. Good luck.
