they didnt work for me but i guess its because i slacked on wearing it. my sister used them and it worked for her, i think for it to be effective you have to make sure that you dont forget to put it on as many times as it asks. hope i helped : ]

They didnt work to well for me, but the good news is, if they dont work, you can call the number on the box and get a refund. Speaking of which, I need to go do that.

Yes they do work, and it has been proven they lighten up your teeth by 3 shades.
