don't worry I didn't start until I was 16 it's okay when it happens it will happen. you can't judge yourself by others. you are your own person. I even went to the doctor and she said when you start you will start. when it does happen you will not want it. it interferes with everything. no you can not get pregnant until you start because you have not started changing out eggs. enjoy it while it lasts.
