a 91 honda accord lx
i have a 91 accord lx and when i turn on the air conditioner the car gets to where it wonts to run hot, could you tell me why?

Call your local honda dealer or local auto parts store. dealer first thats what i did when i had one they were eager to help so they could sell ya the part. get price quotes from both, check your radiater it might need antifreeze, alot of people thinks its just for winter but it also helps the car cool down. if you keep running the car hot your going to crack the block and thats how my car died, i miss it. good luck drive safe BRIE

Your radiator may need cleaned out.
If you have an electric fan, it may not be working.
If you have a belt driven fan with clutch, the clutch may be bad.
It could be other things, but those are the quickest easiest things to check first.
