Ok, so go on your profile and click ''add/rate/mail/etc'' then copy the URL in the browser so like [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

and paste this into the place where it says URL keep the '' '' signs.
Then replace LINK NAME with add/rate/etc

And repeat for everything you want :)
