im 13 ive never even used a tampon :X and i know people who are having friggen sex at my age ... any tips on how to put in a tampon without it hurting? and when to take it out and stuff

hey..well i was really scared to use a tampon too, but i had my big sister give me some advice. It helps when you kinda slant it a little bit when you put it in, instead of just having it completely straight when you put it in because in my opinion, putting it straight it kind of hurts sometimes. At first you may think its uncomfortable but it might just be because u didnt put it in right, which is ok because its your first time, but just practice and it will get better...trust me once you get the hang of it there SO MUCH BETTER then pads!!

All the directions on how to insert & take out a tampon are on the box. Even how long to have it in.
It's okay to be 13 & have never used a tampon. I'm 16, almost 17 & I've only used a tampon once.
