He loves me but i dont,
I have been friends with this kid for a long time, and about 1 month ago his g.f broke up with him. And he was sad for weeks and i felt so bad he liked her so much. Im 13 and hes a year younger So he Came to me for help and after that we started like talkig 24/7 and like hanging out alot. But Last night He kept on dropping SUCH obvious hints that he liked me. He kept on asking me questions about my pas relationships and about if i still liked any of the boys and who the things on my profile were for, I told him It wasn't for Anyone and He was like "dang I thought it was for me" so i guess Its kinda obvious he does like me but then after that hes like "what if one of us likes eachother but then the other person gets mad and we never be friends again" but I didn't answer cause i had to go.
But I mean its pretty Obvious he likes me but like i DONT wanna like him like that AT ALL i like things the way they are now and i really dont want to go out with him or anyone at the moment. But If he ever tells me he does like me and asks me out I dont wanna Hurt him Like his ex did cause he was So sad.
Now whenever he signs on i dont want to talk to him because I feel so awkward now.
Idk What to do.

I think the guy who likes you may be choosing you for a rebound. haha. He and his girl just broke up, so what do guys do? They get a rebound. So he's going to like you for some time, while he's getting over the girl. Once he's over her, he'll probably move on from you as well. Try to drop hints that you don't want to be with him, like not hanging out with him as much, and when he calls, just say you have to go. Don't talk to him as much, and he'll hopefully catch the drift. If he doesn't, then confront him and just be like 'Listen, you're a great guy, but you can do better than me, and I don't think you and me would work out...' That way he won't feel like a loser when you turn him down. And make sure he knows you will still be his friend and comfort him.

If you don't have feelings for him the way he does you then just be honest with him. Don't avoid him or ignore him when he calls or messages you because that will hurt him more. If you 2 are friends then you should be honest with each other & just tell him the truth. Because the truth will set you free.
Also, just tell him that you would rather just stay friends instead of taking it to the next level because you don't like him like that.
