What if somebody has herpes and goes down on you?

if they have herpes of the mouth yes, and alot of people dont realize those little cold sores on the mouth area are a form of herpes that can be transmitted to the private areas and cause genital herpes. if you must have oral sex which most of us enjoy, try a condom or even a piece of seran wrap at your local grocer for around $1.00 be safe and good luck BRIE

It depends where the infected site is.
If it's in their mouth, then, yes, you can catch herpes.
If it's in their genitals then, no, oral won't give you herpes.
