After applying the brown color add a dark purple color to the outside corners and lids of your eye. From there add a light brown colored shimmer above your eye lids. The light brown shimmer will help spice up your light complexion. Almay makes a eyeshadow that is perfect for this. It has all three colors and even has a picture on the back of the eyeshadow container to show you where to apply each color. The one for you is the Almay Intense i-Color Eye Shadow Trio for Browns. This eyeshadow trio has two shades of brown and a deep purple color. The light and deep brown shades enhance the brown in your eyes. Here's a picture of what it looks like:
To help your eyes stand out even more add a dark brown or black eyeliner to your lower lids. Make the line very thin though. Then apply some mascara and some light pink colored lipgloss and you are good to go!
