Annoyed
When I feel annoyed or/and pissing I give out short answers to my friend and family when they ask a question, I snap at them, I will have a frown on my face and curse at anything under my breath. But Lara laughs and teases when I am annoyed and pissed. I don’t take it seriously because she said she loves doing that to me and I know she is joking and she always get hyper too but I want to know why does she giggle at me?

I do this to friends sometimes - vice versa.
When we do it, it's a way of trying to cheer the person up.
She's probably doing the same to you.
Perhaps if she's laughing, it might make you laugh and forget whatever you were annoyed about.
I wouldn't read too deeply into it. :)
