what is a good website to allow me to call numbers for free rather than use credits like in Skype?

well basically there's nothin but if you have msn you can call someone who does on mic which is free and easy and there's yahoo also but i think you mite need to pay for it and there's also skype the most popular but lots of money and also tatz it there is no site where u can call someone for free watsoever.
