People can browse through the members of their network and each network has a number count of how many people are in it, but no one's notified when new people join. :) [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]

If they visit your page- they will be able to tell your network if you post in a group that is global- people will be able to see your network.
