HiChick answered Monday September 3 2007, 9:47 pm: Ok, with excersising-running is great for just about every part of your body so if you can try to do this at least a couple times a week. I lay on my back and move my legs like im biking and that helps abs and legs. For arms do a handstand against a wall and lift 1 arm and then the other. Repeat as much as you can do. Your goal is 20 on each arm. (40 in total) To destress i stretch and to breathing excersises just to help my overall health. Try these excersises and if you need more you can always ask! :D Now healthy food. Just eat food that is low in sugar and fat. And not too many calories either. If you eat more calories than you burn you won't lose weight. Most healthy food is low in calories though. Try eating some wheat foods like bread and pasta. Fruits and veggies whether they are organic or not are very good for you especially the colorful ones. Something i LOVE to do for a sweet treat is mix up some yogurt, fruit, milk, and ice in a blender and make my own smoothie-YUM!!! Yogurt is another thing i like to eat that's naturally sweet. If you like dark chocolate too you can eat that if your really craving because its good for your hear. (but not losing weight-sry) My mom buys lots of organic food but it is more expensive. you dont neccessarily have to buy organic to eat healthy. popcorn is a good snack and 1 of my personal favorite as well as Quaker mini rice cakes. i know they sound boring and tastless but they have a cheddar cheese flavor that im obsessed with. Try it! If you have more questions im here and ready with an answer! :D Good Luck! [ HiChick's advice column | Ask HiChick A Question ]
