Special K Challenge Has anyone done the Special K Challenge? How did it work for you? Thanks!

Well, I have never done it myself.
But there have been reports of people developing kidney stones (when you eat too much of the same thing, I think) & most people gain all the weight back after quitting the "diet". So I guess to lose weight, you need to do it the old fashion way. I'm sure you don't want to eat Special K twice a day for the rest of your life.
I have stuff on losing weight on my forum.
Lose weight & toning exercises & "Carbs, Protein, fat wtff???" (Or in whatever order)

Hey my sister did that & it works!!
You have a special k bowl for breakfast and lunch and then have a full healthy meal, with NO snacking in between...i don't know EXACTLY how you get slimmer on the waist & hips but it defitantly works.You have to do it for two weeks to see any difference and continue it on
