i like this boy named donald ray ive like him since last year everytime i walk by him he says my name in the sweetest way but i think everybody is bugging him and now to get him to speak to me he has to be away from his friend and im usually at where he works he walks me out to the car and packs my moms grocerys im shy what should i do?

well if your a shy person it will take you time to talk to him. but if you like him and want to talk to him and get to know him i say that when he walks you out to the car i say you dont be shy and talk to him be like "so watz up? hows work so far?" and be all shy so he knows you like him. plus he likes you if you know that already, how? well when he walks you out to your car and packs your moms grocerys and of course calls your name in a s weetest way when he sees you. so those are some signs of sayin he likes you :)
and also when he packs your mom grocerys be like thanx you really didn't have to do that than you and if you want ask for his number be like
"mind if i call you sometmes? just to like hangout and all that stuff and see what he says but first things first you have to hangout with him without his frineds and when you guys are at work hangout and go talk to him on your break and his break, so dont be shy and go up to him and say hey and watz up and than start a convo on what he likes or about bands anything that wil get you two to talk,
