gosh this is a tough one...if you guys are friends tell him you just like him as a friend and that would be like dating your brother...if he is not your friend then just say you don't know him that well. That's all the advice i have for you.

1. say that you have a boyfriend
2. show him that you don't like him in any way possible
3. tell him that it wouldn't work out
4. tell him you're a lesbian
5. say that your parents don't allow you to go out with guys
6. say it straight in his face without being rude
something along the lines of "I'm sorry...but i don't like you in that way. we can just be friends though :)"
and finally, what I did..was flirt with other guys and show that you like them more than him.
