1. Yes its is, you're getting a little aroused by it, but it is normal. Some girls get that feeling and some girls don't, but don't worry it is normal.

Well there is no real right or wrong way to suck on a guys neck, just make sure as you go along you DON'T BITE HIM, or suck on his neck like a vaccum, do it gently, and use your tongue if you have to, to give it a little more edge, he should like that, then kiss him lightly (like a pull away kind of thing )after kissing him on the neck.
