My partner and I want to have sex. I am a virgin, and I was wondering is there way for him to break my hymen without me bleeding?

It doesn't always bleed - I didn't
Are you sure your hymen is even intact? Hymens can break through sporting activities etc incase you didn't know.
You can always have you or your partner insert 1 finger and gradually move that up to 2. Doing that over a period of a few days at least will work.
If you don't want to do that, your best bet is to have your partner go slowly and use lots of lube, so it won't cause too much discomfort. and IF it does bleed, it probably won't be alot.
Best of luck
