blwinteler answered Sunday September 2 2007, 12:25 am: Technically, it is 28 days after the first day you get it.
However, I have yet to meet anyone that is that regular without being on a birth control pill. Even that doesn't always make a woman that regular. Every woman is different, and there are a lot of factors that can change the cycle. Stress can make you early or late, as can a change of diet or exercise.
If you think your cycle is really not normal, then you need to talk to a doctor. But if it is coming monthly, whether every 28 days or every 35 or 22 as long as it is regular for you, it is fine. [ blwinteler's advice column | Ask blwinteler A Question ]
