Can someone please help me find knee length leggings like the girl in the first picture has at an inexpensive price

try wet seal, target, wal-mart, american eagle(they had some...idk if they still do), Kohls, abercrombie, hollister, sears has some too...just check out stores like that...you should find what your looking for.
