is it okay that i change my tampon everytime i have to pee? or do some people leave it in while they pee? i neever thought about it until my friend told me she didnt change it everytime she peed.

you need to change a tampon every 4 hours at least. so it is perfectly fine to leave it in while you pee. its also okay to change it every time. whatever you prefer and what makes you more comfortable.

well, hygenically speaking, yes, you really SHOULD change it every time you go to the bathroom.
i mean, it's not horrible to pee with it in, but, you're supposed to change your tampon i believe, every two hours. i could be wrong.
but either way, you really should change it when you go to the bathroom.
