well, i've never heard a joke funny enough for me to do that "quit breathing" laugh thing long enough to die... but i guess it is technically possible. i mean, after a while you would probably black out, which would really not be funny, so you would probably quit laughing. you can die if you start laughing, and then whoever made you laugh throws a raccoon with rabies at you and it bites you. but i've honestly never laughed that long... and i've laughed a lot, at lots of stupid stuff... after a while i kind of calm down.

Yes, your head will explode.

NO you can't die from laughing. You couldn't laugh long enough to suffocate, plus you pass out (lack of oxygen to the brain) before you die.

Probably not, because once you stopped breathing for long enough, you would pass out. You can't laugh when you're unconscious, so your body would be able to calm down and your breathing would go back to normal very quickly. It's kind of the same as if you hold your breath for a really long time. You can't die from holding your breath because once you pass out, you'll start breathing again and be just fine. Even though you can't die FROM laughing, you can still die WHILE laughing, from other things like heart attacks, etc.

If you were laughing like that... and then tied some heavy objects to your feet and jumped in a pool... you, you would die.

These sites should help you.

It actually depends. You CAN die from laughing. It depends how (whether you choke to death, have a heart attack and how bad your health is etc)
I doubt you can die from where something is so funny you can't breathe for a while.. because sooner or later, you'll calm down and focus on your breathing.

Well, you can die from lack of oxygen, but one would kindof have to assume that eventually the joke wouldn't be funny after a while, and you'd calm down- eventually letting your breathing calm down also.
