hay i dont know what to do... i want to lose weight for the summer coming. im not fat and i just put on a couple of kilos over winter.(that i want to lose) so how can i keep away from the wrong foods and modivate myself? oh and whats the best way and quickest way to lose weight on your tummy and thighs?????!!!!!

ductape_n_roses answered Sunday August 26 2007, 7:25 pm: Sorry to burst your bubble but you can't lose weight quickly in a healthy way and/or keep it off. You have to lose it at a constant, gradual pace & keep at it that way.
