I need to be fit and conditioned in three days!!!

I dont want to do anything extreme, but i havent been exercising that much over the summer and the track tryouts are in three days, i sort of procrastinated, is there any way i can condition myself in three days?

Honestly, no. Sorry, but there's not. Don't overwork yourself in the 3 days left. That will only make you tired for the tryouts and you'll do poorly. Just run a little to loosen up and you might make it through. Good luck.
