Exercising isn't going to counter the effects of a poor diet. Do ab work like sit-ups or crunches 2-3 times a week. Don't invest in any equipment like Ab-Lounge. They don't work any different. Personally, I go for a nice walk/jog for 30 min. 2x a week. Finally, BELIEVE that this WILL work. Tell yourself "I want to weigh (fill in blank)". While eating, concentrate solely on the pleasure of the taste. If you notice that it takes longer to work, tell yourself that your perfect weight is on its way and will take time. Don't weigh yourself, or write your perfect weight on the scale. When you reach your perfect weight, don't stop any of these routines except taking away 500 cal, or you'll keep on losing TOO MUCH WEIGHT!
