A GOOD EYELINER!
Every time i use eyeliner after like 1-3 hours it smears horribly. What specific eyeliner do you use that doesnt smear at all?
brand name?
type?
i want one that i can buy from rite aid or cvs.( so it can't be sephora brands)
Please only give me eyeliner types that you have used. =]

I would suggest Covergirl Perfect Point Plus. It doesn't smear and doesn't come of in water, but it is safe for the eyes. It should last you an entire school day.

You can get it at cvs. It has never smudged on me.

PENCIL:Revlon colorstay eyeliner.

LIQUID: I use this all the time. MAYBELLINE Ultra liner in waterproof black, it works, stays on ALL day, when I get home not even a smudge.

But all in all, Maybelline Ultra liner works better, IDK which you prefer pencil or liquid but usually I use liquid. Hope I helped.

That's a tough one, because i have used Smashbox cream eyeliner, stays on for hours without smearing, but you can't get it from rite aid or cvs. :/ I would say try Covergirl Queen Collection eyeliner.
