Every time i use eyeliner after like 1-3 hours it smears horribly. What specific eyeliner do you use that doesnt smear at all?

brand name?
type?

i want one that i can buy from rite aid or cvs.( so it can't be sephora brands)


Please only give me eyeliner types that you have used. =]

I would suggest Covergirl Perfect Point Plus. It doesn't smear and doesn't come of in water, but it is safe for the eyes. It should last you an entire school day.

I am getting older, but i still want to have a birthday party.
I dont wan't it to be something childish and i wouldn't try to make it childish either.
So what i planned to do was have a few friends sleepover and we'd go in the pool, have pizza, watch a movie, and make smores and stuff but i dont want my friends to be bored. If there is any ideas you have.. or anything you have done at one of your parties please let me know. Because all i have is a pool i dont have a trampoline.. thigns to do on a RAINY day would also be nice =]

Birthday parties can always be fun if you invite the right crowd. I had a crowd on 60 people at my birthday and all we did was hang out. Since the people all got along and were friends they didn't need something special for it to be fun. But if they're are guys coming I would provide a football, frisbee, or basketball so they won't get bored.

My friend and I want to hang out a lot but the more we go out the less money is in our wallets. So many activities cost money nowadyays. Does anyone have any good ideas for cheap fun hangout ideas???

I would suggest staying in and having a spa night, including masks, manicures, etc. This way you can bond without having to pay the price.

What are some good workouts for thighs arms and stomach??
Im already doing situps, pushups,crunches, and this thigh thing.. i just want to get toner.. i mean im not overweight but i want to get really tone! :]

You should start out with doing cardio for a least 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week. You could dance to your favorite song, go roller blading, even slide around your kitchen in you socks. Keep doing your situps, pushups, etc. Just remember to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth to get oxygen to each muscle. Don't expect to get results right away, it may take a few weeks. But once you get into the habit, and you start to see the results, you'll be very pleased and will want to continue.
