Toe Touches

Question Posted Wednesday August 22 2007, 11:40 pm

Anybody have any quick tips to help me with toe touches. I have trouble getting my legs up, I don't know why because I'm pretty flexible. Is it my abs?
Well anyway I'm doing a performance friday and I need quick tips to help make it look better.
Thanks!

Tomorrow? you cant get them better that fast. But maybe in a weeks time.
Sit on the ground with your legs apart. Rest your hands infront of you on the ground, right by your privets. Lift your right leg of the ground and make it do circles going to the back. Do about 10 the first time(or if you can do more and it doesnt hurt, it more then likely will the first time tho) then do your left leg. Do them twice a day. Then the next day, do 5 more, so 15. And so on. I hope I helped<3
